Bikinis
For many women, the thought of summer weather
or a tropical vacation is synonymous with losing weight or unwanted
fat. Putting on a bikini leaves little to the imagination, especially
in the traditional trouble areas of the hips, thighs, and buttocks.
Extra fat which accumulates
on the hips, thighs, and buttocks might be easily masked in clothing,
but in a bikini, there is no room to hide. Thigh fat might also
manifest itself as unsightly cellulite, making a flattering bikini
impossible to wear. Unfortunately, there is no way to reduce specific
areas of fat. The way to burn off bikini-area fat is through aerobic
exercise, which burns lots of calories; resistance exercise or weight
lifting, which builds muscle (muscle is the engine that burns calories
and maintains metabolic rate); and limiting excessive caloric intake.
Spot reduction of fat around bikini trouble areas us not possible.
Burned fat comes from all over the body.
